Teri has been an ardent and enthusiastic cheerleader of the Inclusion, Equity and Diversity space for nearly four years, however their knowledge and experience come from a lifetime. It was in 2020 after finally coming out at their workplace and exploring their gender identity that Teri truly began to understand the power of what living life authentically meant. It was from that point that Teri truly discovered their passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Teri’s passion is in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and and is fueled by a wealth of knowledge about the challenges faced by women, the LGBTQIA+, Polyamory, Disability, Neurodivergent, trauma recovery and people of size communities. This combined with 15+ years of experience in project and program management, along with degrees in project management and anthropology provide Teri with a unique skill set to accomplish goals and achieve results.
